COSWIG GUSS manufactures pre-calibrated and ready-to-install section rolls for heavy, medium and light section rolling mills. We offer our customers the entire product range: Profile rolls for rails, sheet piling, special profiles, beams, blocks and billets. On request also for wire rod mills and tube rolling mills.
We tailor each profiled roll precisely to the specific application parameters. We guarantee maximum wear resistance, absolute dimensional accuracy and an unbeatable price-performance ratio thanks to optimally adapted steel and ductile cast iron qualities.
For maximum performance and durability, we also offer to temper profiled rolls with a pre-turned bale surface close to the contour. Our engineers use load calculations to develop the optimum material selection for your requirements.
